This project had a lot of fun structural elements.

We built a covered, outdoor kitchen adjacent to the existing pool. Elements included in the kitchen: custom cabinetry, bar top seating, built in green eggs, sink, mister fans, and custom lighting. The kitchen structure and roof was fabricated out of steel. Near the kitchen is an outdoor shower, changing room, and pool equipment. We fabricated custom metal roofing to create more privacy for these spaces. All new cedar was left untreated so it can age to match the property’s existing cedar.

A steel and cedar pergola was built to house a seating area and fire pit. Native vines were planted to eventually cover the structure.

We built a custom handrail and step to lead swimmers into the pool and spa.

A large, cedar deck was built off the primary suite and limestone lueders were installed to connect all of the new outdoor spaces. Native plantings were installed throughout.
