ALta vista, lakeway frontyard transformation

This front yard was heavily shaded and needed an appropriate sod to accommodate this. We removed the St. Augustine and replaced it with Zoro Zoysia, which is the most shade tolerant of Zoysias. We redid all the steel work so that it seamlessly flowed along the slope. We removed an existing concrete walkway and installed a modern walk from the street to the front entry. Finally, we updated all the plantings with a cohesive design of native and adapted plants.
